This is an example contract

Buyer (4BHhWAYJBGYNaE1bjNpRaPKXXhxn3RDWk8aeuGeRjtnVisd6E4eGMP66AR4TuZnArB9y2PdKFzoLwMtNfzborKZvU4fhhHT) will deposit 1 XMR to multisig address ABC created between all participants (or you can also specify how the new multisg will be created e.g. in XMRBazar, Monero Multisig GUI, etc, up to you).

Seller (4A34b7GQPDBHDL4HyBYfJjJEaRH8kctCZd3hC4ZZL16DjUNNGfcfN3f9WzA86UW5DLj84u9Zes1naKwaBfi85Rc72yTbmiG) will send the goods (e.g. cheese, bacon, honey) by mail to the address provided by the Buyer.

Mediator (42H4XwNY8aMB4VbvGJDdKHeNupTLkbt6ZfLFoBA8wQxX3kRBtH9MAcMGTzvNR7JdsXfNF7tF9RgBF79NTX7Fnxrd3qgMjNE) will make a multisig transfer to the Seller and charge 0.5% fee once the Buyer confirms the goods have been delivered.

Disputes are resolved by the Mediator. Communication between parties in platform XYZ (e.g. how the buyer will give the delivery address to the seller, and confirm that the goods have been delivered).
